Movie.
I watched old USSR’s movie yesterday. It was set at the end of World War 2 in Georgia. The entire police force was female. 18-19 years old women without completed secondary school education had responsible jobs and carried real guns and were commanded by older women. Maternity leaves seem to have been very well integrated in jobs even if not to consider that it was a war time. It downed to me that nowadays, not just in Georgia, but even in Russia it would have been practically impossible even for highly educated woman to get a job of similar level and survive on it do to sexual harassment.
